The site is located in Walthamstow, London. Consisting of unoccupied garages, our proposal seeks to demolish the existing garages and create 4 new family homes.
Unlike conventional building projects, each home has been carefully designed to allow new owners to self-build in its majority in an attempt to reduce constantly increasing building costs, resulting in unique and more affordable architecture.
Each home has been designed to meet Passive House plus standards, giving new homeowners more efficient and sustainable homes.
