Kenny Orellana

Kenny is a highly experienced designer with over nineteen years of delivering projects across the UK. He is recognised for his ability to unlock the potential of challenging and unconventional sites, creating housing solutions that maximise value while enhancing the natural environment.

He studied Architecture and Urbanism at UPC University and Ricardo Palma University between 1999 and 2006. His early work received international recognition, including Second Prize at the IV Bienal Ibero-americana of Architecture (2004) and the Advanced Architecture Contest by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalunya (2006). He was also shortlisted for the Corus Undergraduate Architects Awards and the School of Architects of Córdoba extension competition.

Kenny’s portfolio spans private residences, mixed-use developments, hotels, and specialist commissions, reflecting a versatile and delivery-focused approach. He combines strong design thinking with technical rigour to produce solutions that are both practical and refined.

As a certified Passivhaus Consultant, Kenny brings advanced expertise in low-energy, high-performance design. His work is informed by a clear commitment to sustainability, ensuring projects are efficient, durable, and aligned with evolving environmental standards.
