    The site currently accommodates 9 garages with little architectural merit to warrant retention. In February 2021, we obtained planning permission to build 2 houses with landscaped amenities.

    The size and scale of each house has considered the limitations inherited by the skyline and the shape of the plot. Each house spreads over basement, ground and first floor.

    The provision of green roofs at various levels, the proposed geometry, the landscaped gardens and the selection of materials enables a lesser impact to the adjoining properties.
